2. Structural features: It usually adopts a horizontal water-cooled jacket structure, with front opening doors or front and rear double opening door designs. The heating element can be made of nickel chromium electric heating alloy or graphite, and can be arranged in multiple zones with independent temperature control in each zone. The correct temperature control can be achieved through programmable PID adjustment. In the production of magnetic materials, it is suitable for the extrusion and pre firing processes of ferrite magnetic sheets and other electronic components.
